The Write Time & Place!

{July 16, 2009}   Her Last hits Number 1!

Howdy!  I’ve some great news.  Her Last was released to the Barnes & Noble-owned online bookstore Fictionwise this past Monday.  Monday and Tuesday it kind of sat there near the bottom of the pile for Eternal Press.  Then sometime Tuesday late afternoon, it crept it’s way up to the number one spot on the Eternal Press chart!  That’s outstanding!  Fictionwise puts out a newsletter, too and Her Last was one of the featured new releases, just a few spots down from James Patterson’s new release.  The running joke in the family is that Jimmy needs to make room on the shelf for my titles!  LOL

A few days ago I also received the edits for book one in the Myerson Mysteries series with BookStrand Publishing, which will be released in e-format September 2009 and print February 2010.  I’m very excited about this release because the series features two of my very favorite characters.  Ashlynn and Sean Myerson are one terrific couple, and they are so right for each other!  Add that to one terrific mystery to solve, and you have a winning combination!

My husband, Steve is currently making updates to my website, which really needed to be done, but was something we kept putting off since I’ve been so busy with the launch of Her Last, promotions and marketing of all my books, and various other activities for Eternal Press and BookStrand Publishing.  There never seems to be enough time in the day, the week, or the month to get to everything, but we manage!

Hope you’ve all had a great week!
